THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court on the Petition of
GARY DOULGAS HURD for custody of his child, JASON HURD, date of birth
August 9, 1978, and the Respondent/Mother of said child having been
properly served with process and a default having been entered and
the Court otherwise having jurisdiction of the subject matter and tY~e
parties and the child, and being fully and well advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that custody of the minor child of
the parties, JASON HURD, is hereby awarded to the Father, GARY DOUGLAS
HURD.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
