KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
That TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida Corporation,
party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, received from HOME FEDERAL
SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD, party of the second
part, at or before the enseating and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant bargain, sell, assign,
transfer, re-assign and set over unto the party of the second part, those
certain mortgages listed below :

McKENNA in favor of TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., recorded in

Florida; which was subsequently assigned to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS &
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD as recorded September 6, 1978, in
Official Records Book 293, Page 1954, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
