THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 12th day of December,
1979, upon the Motion For Contempt and Notice Of Hearing of JUDITH M.

NEUBERGER, and the Court having examined the Motion, and having heard
i
the testimony of PAUL S. NEUBERGER and of JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, and '
having heard the testimony of an expert witness as to reasonable
attorney's fees, and the Court having received into evidence certain
i

items including an Affidavit of the amount due for attorney's fees,
t
and the Court finding that PAUL S. NEUBERGER is seventy-four (74)
weeks in arrears on child support payments of eighty ($80.00) dollars

~ per week beginning on the date of .July 14, 1978, through Friday,
December 7, 1979, and that said arrearage amounts to the sum of
five thousand nine hundred and twenty ($5,920.00) dollars and the

Court further finding that PAUL S. NEUBERGER was gainfully employed
during the times that he was ordered to pay child support under the
temporary Order of this Court and under the Final-Judgment Of Disso-
lution Of Marriage, and that PAUL S. NEUBERGER has wholly failed to
pay any child support even though PAUL S. NEUBERGER admitted that he
was gainfully employed during said periods, and the Court further

finding that PAUL S. NEUBERGER hgs failed to pay the attorney's fees
to the wife's attorney as he was ordered to do in the Final Judgment
Of Dissolution Of Marriage, and the Court further finding that PAUL
S. NEUBERGER is in contempt of the Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of
Marriage rendered by this 'Court on September 17, 1979, for his
