willful failure to pay child support and to pay the attorney's
fees to the wife's attorney, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon

-ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Motion For Contempt, be, and is hereby
s
ordered granted and PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby ordered
to be in contempt of the Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage
rendered in this cause, and it be, and is hereby further ordered
that PAUL S. NEUBERGER is sentenced to a period of sixty (60)
days in the County Jail as sentence for said contempt of Court
and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and his authorized deputies,
be, and are hereby ordered authorized and empowered to take PAUL ~
S. NEUBERGER into-custody and to incarcerate him in the Saint Lucie
County Jail for a period of sixty (60) days. It be, and is hereby
further ordered that PAUL S. NEUBERGER may purge himself of
contempt by paying the child support payments of eighty ($80.00)
dollars per week to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, commencing -

on December 21, 1979, and on the Friday of each week thereafter.
2. That PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby further
ordered within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order to make

a showing satisfactory to this Court as to how•PAUL S. NEUBERGER ~
shall pay the arrearage owed by him of child support in the amount
of five thousand nine hundred and twenty ($5,920.00) dollars.
~ 3. That JUDITH M. NEUBERGER is awarded attorney's fees
in the amount of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) dollars together
~ with costs for Sheriff's service in the amount of twelve ($12.00)

dollars and Court Reporters attendance fee in the amount of twenty-
five ($25.00) dollars and PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby 3
ordered to pay said attorney's fees and costs to the attorney for •
JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
within sixty (60) days of•the date of this Order.
