ORDER
THIS CAUSE ha~.•ing ccrae on for hearing on Intervenor': Petition "
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of aitnesaes and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on ~1` ,
1980, the Father, IDWARD PEARNE CONGDON, JR. , shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 25.00 per week each and every
week plus $2.OO.statutory fee,
which amount shall be remitted monthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Nwber and shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the aboverordered aaaunts the
sum of $ per shall be and the same is hereby ordered to be paid
as set forth herein as and for arrearages or past unpaid child support which is due
and owing in a total amount of $ Said.arrearage payments shall continue
until the. entire arrearage is fully paid; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall and he is
ttiereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received fros the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren). t
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this '
