DEED OF GIFT
THIS DEED OF GIFT made this 11th day of December,
1979, by DANIEL A. DARLING, (Donor), to FORT PIERCE PORT
AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, A Special Taxing District, of the
State of Florida, (Donee).
Donor, in consideration of his desire to gift
and donate that property described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto to Donee, does hereby give, grant and convey to
Donee that certain property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, and particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof, together with all estate and
rights of Donor in such property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Donor has executed this .Deed
