Company, a wholly owned , the owner and holder of

a certain judgment in that cause wherein pan American Tire
Company, , was Plaintiff, and
ALFRED F. WELLING, individually and , was Defendant,
does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of
such Judgment rendered by the Circuit Court, in and
for st. Lucie County. Florida, and known as Case
Nor 79-141-CA , recorded on the 28 day of
September, 1979 , in the amount of $ 3,268.15 ,
plus $ 34.50 costs, said Judgment having been recorded in
Official Records Hook 317 Page 1549 , of the
Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida. AND, the
undersigned does hereby consent that the same shall be
satisfied of record.
