GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this lst.day of

PARTNERSHIP, a Florida limited partnership, Grantor, and ST. [.tIt:IE
COUNTY CABLE COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation whose mailing
address is 10435 Ironwood Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410,
Grantee. ~
(Wherever used herein the-terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include
all the parties to this instrument and their heirs, legal
representatives, successors and atssigns.) _
W I T N E S~ E T H
WHEREAS, Grantor is seized in-fee simple and is in possc~:~ian
of certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida more particularl;
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference cr.:~~ll, a 1-art 's

hereof; and

WHEREAS, Grantor is the developer of several condominiums which '
are adjacent to the lands described in Exhibit "A"; and '
WHEREAS, Grantee has entered into contracts to provide cable
television service to various of the aforementioned condo~~~iriiums; ancs t

WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed in consideration of the sum of ~

Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to

grant to Grantee an easement. or right-of-way over the land c3escriUcd
in Exhibit "A" for the purpose of installation of underground cables
and equipment required for the provision of such cable tcic~isiun
service, all as more particularly expressed below;
NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
In consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars •
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, rece i ~.t ~?f
is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants unto Grantce .i
exclusive easement over, across and under the lands of Granter •:s
