maintenance and use of any and all wires, cables, amplifiers,
terminal boxes and other electrical equipment of Grantee required or
useful for providing cable television or master antenna television
' services within the real property described in Exhibit "A" and to
various condominiums developed by Grantor and adjacent to said
real property. The exact location of said easement is as si»•::::

made a part hereof.

And Grantor further and as an incident to said easement
hereby gives and grants permission and authority to Grantee to
enter upon the real property described in Exhibit "A" for'the ] •::;.ed E
purpose of maintenance, installation, and repair of any such F: i ~•~•s,
cables, amplifiers, terminal boxes or other such electrical ~>>~tlip-
ment or personal property of Grantee. Such entry by Grantee sl~~ill
insofar as possible be during normal working hours. Furthermore,
insofar as possible, all such maintenance installation and rei~.:ir
work shall be accomplished in such a manner so as not to beco:r,:-• a
nuisance or annoyance to Grantee and owners of condominium units
developed by Grantor and situate on lands adjacent to the lands
described in Exhibit "A".

It is understood that this easement is'given upon the express

~ understanding and condition that insofar as possible all installa-
tion of the aforementioned wires, cables, amplifiers, terminal boxes.

and other electrical equipment or personal property of Grantc:~~ shall

be underground and Grantee shall restore the surface to its cr-iyinal
condition after installation, maintenance or repair of such e•~uipment.
` It is further understood that Grantor does not assume any
liability or responsibility to Grantee or~Grantee's tenants, servants,
and licensees in connection with the use of this easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this Grant of
Easement this 1st. day of December, 1979.
