WARRANTY~DEED '
THIS INDENTURE, Made this tiay of January, A.D., 1980
BETWEEN WILLIAM T. HOPKINS of the City of Warwick, County of
Kent, State of Rhode Island, party of the first part, and
RAYMOND T. DUFFY AND VERONA E. DUFFY, his wife d9
parties of the second part, whose mailing address is:
200 Long View Drive Warwick, Rhode Island.
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
- sideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE

second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said'parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land situate, lying and being in the City of Port St. Lucie,
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida to wit:
Lot 6, Block 342 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25,
a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 32, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
and easements of record; zoning and other regulatory ordinances
and taxes for the year 1980.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
I, WILLIAM T. HOPKINS, covenant that I am unmarried.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
