according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9,
Page 62 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
N.B. This is a Purchase Money First Mortgage.
Mortgagee agrees that any residence constructed on the
property encumbered by this mortgage shall contain a
~ minimum of 2,000 square feet. .
In the event of a sale, transfer or conveyance of the
++j property encumbered herein by mortgagors, whether jointly
t{ or severally, mortgagees at their option may declare the
entire principal balance due under the terms of the
