FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE j
This cause came on for trial the 17th day of January, 1980 ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of-the parties
i
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
S
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
l. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this
i
Court against LEX EUGENE SNEDERER be and the same is hereby approved,
ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between LEX EUGENE SNEDERER and LILLIAN
MAE SNEDEKER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
3. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. LILLIAN MAE SNEDEKER be and she is hereby authorized ~
t
to assume her former name of LILLIAN MAE SAMUEL and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
