This cause, having come on to be heard before me
upon Motion of N. Richard Schopp, Esquire, to withdraw from
representing the Defendant, FRANK~MONTE, and this Court having
heard the argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED as follows: .
1. tJ. Richard Schopp, Esquire, is hereby relieved as
counsel for the Defendant FRANK MONTE.
2. All further pleadings shall be served upon the
Defendant, FRANK MONTE, at his home address which is 459 Lamon
Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
3. Proceedings in this cause are stayed for
days to allow the Defendant, FRANK MONTE, to obtain counsel.
