This cause came on for trial the 15th day of January, 1980,
and the parties having appeared and announced an agreement in the matters
herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and s
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and-wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MANCE LEE ~
DAWSON and LONNIE BELL SHAW DAWSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds f
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ARNDRAY DOTHAN DAWSON, LORRAINE DAWSON,
BERNARD DAWSON, LEONARD DAWSON, VERA SHAW DAWSON and CHRISTINE BELINDA
{
DAWSON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to LONNIE BELL SHAW
{
DAWSON with reasonable visitation rights reserved to MANCE LEE DAWSON.
3. SUPPORT. MANCE LEE DAWSON shall pay to LONNIE BELL SHAW DAWSON
the sum of X60.00 each and every week for the support of the children named

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to LONNIE BELL SHAW DAWSON. In addition there is

hereby assessed the sum of 62.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Glerk. A1] payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at ail
