WILLIE ALBERT HARPER, Husband.
ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the Husband's
Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment or Amended Final Judgment or, j
alternatively, for Modification of Alimony, and the Court having heard
testimony of the parties, arguement of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband's Motion to Modify
Alimony shall be and it is hereby granted and alimony shall be and. it
henceforth ordered to be paid at the rate of $100.00 per month.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court

and by him remitted promptly to LORENE SCOTT HARPER. In addition, there

is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, ~
money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of the this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. that all other Motions filed by the
Husband. shall be and they are hereby denied.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
on this day of January, 1980.
