that this purchase of a condominium iu~it at OCIiAN Vl[.LAGIi OF 1RIfl~11N.SON ISL~'WI~
is subject in every respect to the Ikclaration of Condomini~an as to the condominium
_ in which his tuiit is located and Cxhihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-la~.~s of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
pl~ui of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all AmFnclments to the aforesaid De-
claration •and Exhibits and the Articles of Incoi-horation, By-L~iws and Leclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,i'ioperty Owner's Association; and Rirchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading v~cl examination of s<<icl Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each and
every provision of -the foregoing is esse~itial to tl~e sucessful olieration and ma~iage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for tl~e benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of I~arcels in the aforeclescribed
Condominium covenant quid agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rirchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, aiul agrees that the assessment wider the
Property U~niers' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms ~
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~nn parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Ieclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O+~ners' Association and said I'~irchaser asscm~es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel.
P~irchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiwn and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due wider the Property O+.i~er's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. 1\b warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
