Purchaser and all owners of I~arcels in the aforeclescribed Condominium covenant quid agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rirchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, aiul agrees that the assessment wider the Property U~niers' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms ~ that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~nn parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Ieclaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O+~ners' Association and said I'~irchaser asscm~es the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel.
