Purchaser, by acceptance and ~•xecution of this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of condominium twit at OCL:AN VILI.AG[: Ol~ IIUI'(l1INSON IS1.MIl~
is subject in every respect to the Ik•c•laration of Condominium as to t}~e condominium
in which his iu~it is located and Exliil~i is attaciiecl thereto, i~tcluding but not
limited to (whether the same are att:~~hed to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Riles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and F.xhihits and the Articles of Incoi-}~oration, By-laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt. of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales hrochure and floor plan, acid acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for tl~e benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforeclescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rii-cliaser hereby ratifies and
confin~ns and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment t~ndcr t1~e
Property Owners' Association dociunents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable., and said Rirchaser aclaiowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (aaners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominitnn parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under tlic said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser assinnes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducc~nents, if airy, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached tiiere-
to, and the co~rmon expenses and the scans due ~u~der the Property O+,aier's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warra~ity or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one he relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
