HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-195RESOLUTION NO. 10-195 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of a $64,040 Severe Repetitive Loss grant for land elevation at 10701 South Ocean Drive. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of July, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001527-1930-331232-100 APPROPRIATIONS 001527-1930-546200-100 001527-1930-549110-100 Emergency Management Maintenance Improvement Projects General & Administrative Cost After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Charles Grande, Chairman Commissioner Doug Coward, Vice Chairman Commissioner Chris Craft Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky Commissioner Paula Lewis PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 6TH DAY OF JULY 2010.
