HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-197RESOLUTION NO. 10-197 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of a $300,027 Severe Repetitive Loss grant for land elevation at 3739 South 25th Street. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of July, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001526-1930-331232-100 Emergency Management $300,027 APPROPRIATIONS 001526-1930-546200-100 001526-1930-549110-100 Maintenance Improvement Projects General & Administrative Cost After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Charles Grande, Chairman AYE Commissioner Doug Coward, Vice Chairman ABSENT Commissioner Chris Craft AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 6TH DAY OF JULY 2010. $284,618 $15,409 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ST LUChF..C-E'3tiN~1', FIIORIDA BY: ~~ ~~ CHAIR N APPROVED AS TO CORRECTNESS AND FORM: `~.~-.y J~sssy COUNTY ATTORNEY
