WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from loan proceeds for North Lennard Road 3 MSBU.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 27th day of July, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:

298-9950-366910-38004 Proceeds from Loans $32,000
APPROPRIATIONS
398-4115-563000-38004 Infrastructure $225,000
398-4115-542000-38004 Postage $1,000
398-4115-549114-38004 General & Admin Charges -MSBU $8,000
298-9950-573100-38004 Additional Bond Expense $32,000
