in which his unit is located and 8achibits attached thereto, including but not

e~f covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
-further acknowledges receipt of and reading ant exasiraation of saki Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,-and acknowledges that each--and
every provision 'of the foiegoiitg is. essentiss: to-the s=scce$sful operation and manage-
