Court having heard all of the teatisony of the parties and being fully advised

- ADJUDGID that the Respondent, TERRY AitKSTRONG ,
is guilty of willful contespt of this Court for failure to pay child support
paysients in the amount of $ 275.00 , amount d;~e as of November 30 19 79 ,
and he is adjudged in contespt of this Court and it-ia -

TERRY ARMSTRONG - , shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the seatence of contespt
is suspended until _MARCH 14, 1980 ,-conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before HARCH 14s 1980 ,
-the su= of $ 275.Q0 ,plus $I.00 statutory fee. Opon the failure of the
- above-named Respondent to sake pa~rment -in full of the aforesaid amount on or before
