THiS CAUSE was heard upon the verified petition for adoption - -
filed in this cause and the consent of the mother of the-child sought

to be adopted by the grandparents, petitioners, and the consent of the -
father of .the child sought to be adopted by the grandparents, petitioners,
and upon-the answer of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative -
Services, and it appearing to the~Court that the petitioners are fit
and proper persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted-and
that -the~est interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption,
and that the chili3 is su3tabse 3rpr aaoptio~ b}~ ~petit3vners,
DONALD HOUSTON ROBERTS and JOYCE-ANN ROBERTS, and the Gourt being
otherwise fully-advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGEb that the minor child known as MICHAEL JAMES REARNEY, JR.,
born on July 23, 1978, is declared to be the. legal child of the
petitioners, DONALD HOUSTON ROBERTS and JOYCE ANN ROBERTS-and is given -
-the name of MICHAEL JAi~S ROBERTS, by which name he shall hereafter be
known, and it is _
ADJUDGED that the child shall be the child and legal heir of the -
petitioners, DONALD HOUST~?N ROBERTS and JOYCE ANN ROBERTS, entitled
to all rights and privileges, ans~ subject to all obligations of
children born to petitioners-, DONALC HOUSTON ROBERTS and JOYCE ANN -
ROBERTS in lawful wedlock.
