. THIS CAUSE was heard on January 14, 1980 ,upon the Motion for -
_ B-~forcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, std the
Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in-open court in person and represented by counsel, and-the--
Court having heard all of the testia_iony of the parties and-being fully advised.
_ in the premises, it is therefore •
' ADJUDGED that the Respondent, JOHh'NIE SMITH ,
is guilty of willful c%+nteapt of this Court for failure to pay child support -
payments in the awount of $ 3900.00 ,amount due as of November 30 ,~197~-_,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is - -
ORDERID AMID ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
JOHNNIB ~Tg - , shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 _ days, that the sentence of conteapt

papi~g to tt~e Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before .MARCH 14, 1980

f deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the e~acecutian of the
above described judgment and sentence. the Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further - _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tl:e Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from tha Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and -
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewogd Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
pRDF ArID ADJUDGED that the shave arrearage payment shall be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and •
said payment-shall continue. -Said regular support payment shall be seat by the
Clerk. of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, FL, 32304.•

*If t e Respondent pays 2000.00 nn ar before March 14, 1980, he shall .have an
additional 6 months to pay the balance of $1900.00; however, if the Respandent

shall became. due and payable on Marci: 14, 1980.
