THIS CAUSE was heard on Jar•earv 14.-1980 ,upon the Motion for
. Enforcement and Conte:+pt previously filed .herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court .in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having. heard all of .the teatiaony of the parties and being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, WILLIE RAY McBRIDE ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support _
payments. in the aaount of $ 1140.00 ,mount due as of November 30 , 1979 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that as puni?henent for his contempt, the Respondent,
WILLIE RAY IicBRIDB , shall be confined in the St. Lucie County

is suspended until JUNE 15, 1980_ ,conditioned-upon the above-need Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before JUNE 15, 1980

_ ALL AND SINGIJLAR-OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as hz can be found-and
' deliver him to the: Sheriff of St.-Lucie County, Florids, for the execution of the
above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
'f~ shall be prosptly notified of his arrest. It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that-the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from-the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Departaent of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewoed Boulevard, .
~ Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. -It is-further'
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in -
lll addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by three Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Itehabilitati:~e Services,
