is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support -
paysents in the amount of $ 1040:00 ,amount due as of November 30 , 1979 ,
and he is adjudges in contempt of this Court and it is -
ORDERn`~ AND ADJUDGED that as-punisheent for his contempt, the Respondent,

- Jail, Fort Pierce, F!.orida, for a period of 30 days, that the Sentence of contempt
is suspended-until MARCH 15, 1980 ,conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
Paying to -the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before- MARCH 15. 1980
the sus of $-1040.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the

above Described judgsent std sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be promptly notified of his arrest. IC-is further -
ORDERED AID ADJUDGF~ that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall ~~d he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received fray the Respondent-
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewod Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, .32304. It is further i
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in
addition .to the regular support payment hereiabefore ordered by -this Court acd F
