is guilty of isillful contempt of this Ca~~rt for failure to pay child support
payments in the awount of $ 500.00 , asount due a_s of November 30 19 79 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is

addition to the regular support paye~ent hereinbefore ordered-by this Court and
- said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall- be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and-Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section,~1317 Wine~rnad Blvd., Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
