Respondent. ~ - THIS CAUSE was heard on January 14, 1580 , upon the IiotioA for BnforceAent and_Conte~apt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the Respondent having- been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner having been p~cesent in open court in person and represented-by counsel, and ,the Court having heard all of the testiaony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore - - ADJUDGED that the-RespondenC, CHARLES BDWARD COOK, SR. , is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support payments in the amount of $ 690.00 ataunt due as of -November 30- 1979- , and he is adjudged in contempt of this CourE and it is - ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED that~as punishsent foY his contempt, the Respondent, CHAItLBS HOWARD COOK, SR. , shall be conffneci in the St. Lucie County - .Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until JULY 14, 1980 ,'conditioned upon the above-named Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit .Court of this. county on or before ~;Y 16 19 0~,_~ - the sum of-$ plus $2.00 statctory €ee. Upon the failure of the above-named~Respo ent to sake payment in full of the aforesaid amount .on or before _n~ ~4T 1980 , you and your duly auCi~orized deputies -are therefore and- ~ ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and- deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgsent and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court A shall be promptly notified of .his arrest. It is further . i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall. and he is• hereby ordered to forward said arresrage payments received fros the Respondent until-the above arrearage is paid in.full to the Departsent-of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 WineWOad Boulevard, Tallahassee, Plorida,-32304. It 1s further - - _ ORDER® AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in addition to the regular support payment-hereinbefore ordered by this Court and ~ said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the - Clerk of the Circuit-Court to: DeparUaent of Health and Rehabilitative Services, ~ Child~Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
