. THIS CAUSE was heard ~n January 14, 1980 ,upon the Notion for
Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the' -
Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the. Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsal, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the. premises, it is therefore - - .
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, LESLIE T~iALKBR, SR. -
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
psyments in the amount-of $ 410.00 ,amount due as.of _Nc+vember 30 ,.1979- ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it ie
- ORDERED AND AL?Jt1DGFA that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
i.FSLIF idALRER. SR. - - ,shall be confined in the - S-t. Lucie County
_ -Jail, Fort Pierce,_Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until APRIL 14, 1980 conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before APRIL 14,-1980 ,
the sum of $ 410.00 ,plus $2.00-statutory fee. Upon -the failure of the
above-named Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid amount oa or before
APRIL 14, 1980 ,you and your duly suthorixed deputies are therefore and
` ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take-into custody the shave-named Respondent as soap as he can be found and
.deliver him-to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described judgment and sentence.. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
` shall be-promptly notified of his arrest. It is further -
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is -
hereby ordered to forward-said arrearage payeents received from_the Respondent
until the above.~rrearage is yafd in full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative -Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 ilinewood Boulevard,
_ Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It-is further
ORDERED AND ADJUt~ED that the above arrearage payment shall be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefare ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said-regular support payment s6a11 be sent by the
Clerk of.the-Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehsbilftative Services,
Child Support Enforcement-Section, 1317 Glinewoe~d Blvd., Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
