Enforcement and Conteapt previously filed stein b}~ the Petitioner, std the
Respondent having not been present~in open .court in person, and the-Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and repre$ented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testitony of the parties and being fully advised
in the prerisea, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, GREGORY BERNARD JACKSON ,
is guilty of xillful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the sa~ount of $ 304.00 ,amount due as of November 30 , 1979 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this-Court and it-is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment far his contempt, the Respondent,
GREGORY BE°.NAIhI JACKSON , Shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of-contempt
-is suspended until MAY 14, 1980 ,conditioned upon the above--Hated Respondent
paying to the Clerk of-Circuit Court of~this county on or~before MAY 14,.1980 _
the sua~ of $ 304.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory fee. Opon the failure of -Lhe
above-named Respondent to slake payment in fu13 of the aforesaid amount vn or before
-MAY 14, 1980 ,you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore std
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be foutd and
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the'
above described judgment and senteAce. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court -
shall be promptly notified of his street. It is further
_ ORDBR® AND ADJUDGED that the_ Clerk of Circuit Court-shall and he is -
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage pay~eents received frot the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Ninei+ood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment Rhall be in
addition to the regular support payment-hereinbefore ordered. by this Court and
said payment shall contirue. Said regular support payment. shall be~sent by the
Clerk. of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1313 Winewood Blvd., Tellahassee, FL, 32304.
