is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
paymeata ttt the aAOUnt of ~ 140p,~ ,amount due as of ~ November 30 1979 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
ISSAC BATTLB ,shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until MARCH 14, 1980 ,conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
payirsg to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this caunty on or before MARCH 14, 1980 J,
the sun of $ 1400.00 ,plus 52.00 statutory fee. Opon the failure of .the
f above-mated Respondent to sake payr#ent fa full of the aforesaid amount on or before
MARCH 14, 1980 ,you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore std

to take into custody the above-Waned Respondent as soon as he can be found acid
deliver him to the Sheriff Af St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the

addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. "Said regular s~ipport payment shall be sent by the
