Petitioner, - -vs- CRDER OF OONT@~T - WILLIE BENRY WHITS - Respondent.~ - / THIS CAUSE was heard on January 14, 1980 ,upon the Motion for- - Enforcement and Contempt previously filed-herein by the Petitioner, and the Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner - havin$ been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, std the Court having heard all of the testimony-af the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore - ADJUDGED that the Respondent, WILLIE HENRY WHITE , is guilty of willful contempt of .this Court for failure to pay child support payments in the amount of $ 691.00 ,amount due as of November 30 ,..19 79 , and, he is adjudged in conteapt-of this Court and it is - - ORI?ERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent, WILLIE HENRY WHITE _ , shall be confined-in the St. Luc le County Jail,-Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of eontesrpt is suspended until- MAY 14, 1980 , conditioned .upon the above-named Respot~alent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before -MAY 14 1980 the suu of $ 691.00 ~ plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the ~ shove-named Respondent to make payment in full-of the aforesaid aunt on or before IIAY 14. 1480 ,'you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore acd - ALL ARID SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered - to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and- deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County; Florida, for the execution of the above described 3udgaient and-sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further - - ORDERFli AMID ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is - hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the-Respondent until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,-Florida, 32304. It is further - - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in- addition to the regular-support payseat hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment shall continue.
