THIS CAUSE was heard on JANUARY 14, 1980 ,upon the Motion for
Enforcesent and Contempt previously-filed herein by.the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and .the Petitioner
- -having been present-in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
- Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties-acrd being fully-advised-
in the premises. it ~s therefore - -
ADJURED that the Respondent, LEON FRED~IE KNOWLES -
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payaents in the a~sount of $~gp.00 ,amount due ss of November 30 1979 ,
- -and he is adjudged -i~z contempt of this Court and it is
- ORDER® AIH'l ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,

above-named Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid amount on or before
