Enforcement ae~d Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the .
Respondent hsvina not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the .
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and. being fully advised
in the premises,_it is therefore -
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, GFARGE HENRY CLARK ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments ir. the amount of $ 904.0_0 _ , amount due ~as of November 30 , 19 79 ,
and he is adjudged in-contempt of this Court and it is _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contemp*, the ltespoadent,-
GEORGE HENRY CLARK- , shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Ssi], Fort plaice, Florida, for a period of 30 days; lhai tha sentence of contsmf+t--
ia suspended until MARCH 14, 1980 ,conditioned upon the abo±re-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk-af Circuit Court of thin county on-or before MARCH 14. 1980 ,
the sum of $ 904.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory fee..:Upon the fai ore of the
j above-named iespondent to make paye~ent in full of the aforesaid amount on or before

above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further -
- OitDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall sad he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid ih full to-the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317. Winewood Boulevard,
- Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the above arrearage payaent scull be in
addition to the-regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court sm
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the
