- is guilty of willful-conteept of this Court far failure to say child support
pays+ents in the asaunt af_ $ 400.00 ,amount due' as of November 30 , 19 79 ,
and he is adjudged in conte~spt of this Court and it is
ORDBR® AND ADJUDGID that as punishment-for his contempt, the Respondent,

addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Courc sad _
said paytsent shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sen* by the
Clerk_of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Wineyood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FLT 3304.
