. - Enforcement and Contewpt previously fil herein by this Petitioner, and the
Respondent hwit?g not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner -
haviag been present in open court in person and represented bjr counsel, sad the
- Court having-heard all of the testimony. of the parties and being-fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore -

ADJUDGID that the Respondent, BENNIE idILLIAMS ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
paywents in the amount of $ 375.00 , amount due as of November 30 19 79 ,
and he is adjudged in contQmpt of this Court and it is
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
BENNIF~ WILLIAMS ,shall be confieted in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contesipt

' paying to-the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county oa or before MARCH 14, 1980 ,

MARCH 14; 1980. ,-you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
ALL AMID SINQIIJIR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE-OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and -
~ deliver him to the. Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida: for the execution of the
~ above-described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
~ shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the-Cierk of Circuit Court shall and hs ip
hereby ordered to forwrd said arrearage payments received frow the Respondent
until-the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and -
Rehabllitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 ilinewod ioulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further -

- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court sad
said payment shall continue. Smid regular support-payment shall-be sent by the
Clerk of -the Circuit Court to: Department of Health ana Rehabilitative Services,
Child~Support Enforcement Section, 1'x17 WineWOOd Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL= 32304.
