- - THIS CAUSE vas heard on January 14, 1980 ,upon the Motion for
Enforcement and-Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent Having- been present in .open court in person,-and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person aad represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the presises, it is therefore _ ~ _ -
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, ,LESLIE WALKER, SR. -
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court
for failure to pay child support
paysents in the amount of $425'.00 amount du:~ as of November 30 19 79 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of -this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punish~+ent for-his contempt, the Respondent,
LESLIE F1~tiRER, SR. , shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the-sentence of contempt
t ___ia a~ap~arled natil APRIL 14~ 1980 ,conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying Eo the Clerk of Circuit Court of tfiis county on or tetbre AIL 24, 298D ,
-the sus of $ 423.00 ,plus $2.00 s*atutory fee.• Opon the failure of the- _
above-named Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid amount on or before

to take into custody the. above-named Respondent as soon as he can be foutrd and
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
r above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit ,Court and this Court
shall be prosptly notified of his arrest. -It is further =
i ORDERS AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
_ hereby ordered to forward said arrearage paysents received.fras tke Respondent
-until the above_ arrearage is paid iri full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support 8nforce~sent Section, 1317 Winevood Boulevard,
- Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further

_ ORDERED ACID ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore-ordered by this Court and i
said payment shall continue. Said .regular support payeaent shall be sent by the
