having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testisony of the parties std being fully +3dvised

is guilty o: willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in -the amount of $240.00 , amount due as of November 30 19 79_,-
ar?d-he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDER® AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
JOHN ALLEN ANDERSON - , shall be confined it? the St-. Lucie County-
Jail,-Fort Pierce, Florida. for a perfod of 30 days, that the sentence of contest
- -is wspended until MARCH 14, 1980 ,conditioned upon the above-nm~ed Respondenr_
pay#.ng to the Clerk of Circuit Court of-this county on or before MARGH 14, 1980 ,
the sum of $ 240.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the
above-named Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid amount on or before
l MARCH 14,-1980 ,you and your duly-authorized deputies are therefore and
ALL Ate SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATB OF FLORIDA a>~e -ordered

above described judgment and sentence. Tht Clerk of Circuit Court and thin Court

hereby ordered to forward saaid arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage-is paid in full to the Department of Health and -
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winevood boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. If is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by_ this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the _
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
~ Child~Support Enforcement Section, 1317 iiinewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL,-32304. -
