THIS CAUSB vas heard on January 14. 1980 ,upon the Notion for
- Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent haying i - been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner .
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
_ Court haying heard all of-the testimony of the parties aad being fully advised
in the prises, it is therefore - -
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, FRED WILSON ~ -
is guilty-of willful conteapt of this Court-for failure to pay child support -
payments in the amount of $ 286:00 ,amount due as of November 30 , 1979 ,
and ire adjudged in contest of this Court and it is -
- ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED that as punishaent for his contes~?t, the lbespotdent,
FRED WILSON - ,shall be confiaed in the Si. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a- period of 30 da~rs, that the sentence of cont~apt
is suspended until MARCH 14, 1980 ,conditioned upon the above-named Reapotdeat
- paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this countg on or before MARCH 14, 1980-- ,
the Pum of_$ 286.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory fee. Opon-the failure of the
-above-named Respondent to sake payment in full of the aforesaid amount on or before
'i MARCH 14, 1980 ,-you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and

ALL AND SINGUI~IR-OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE SATE OF FIARIDA are ordered -
to take into custody the abia~e--~ Respondent as aoeu? as -he can be found and
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the executloa of the
above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be promptly notified o€ his arrest. It is further -
-ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD that the-Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage pagments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and ~ -
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support 8nforcement Section, 1317 Winevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED -that ,the above-arrearage payaent,shall be in -
addition to the regulaz support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shah be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Hattie Havard, 1204 North 31st Street, Ft. Pierce,-
Florida, 33450. -
