THIS CAUSE came on for trial. the 15th day of-January, 1980, _
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, -
finds and determines: This Court has-jurisdiction-of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife -
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
Parties is irretrievably-broken,. and should be dissolved.. It is

June 23, 1968 and KESHONDA C. JONES, age I0, born October 25, 1969,
minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to Petitioner, BETTY J.
JONES. The Respondent, -JAMES A. JOI+fES, stall be entitled to visit the
children on_t~o weekends every month, on alternate school vacations,
and for. thirty (30) days during the summer.
3. SUPPOF.T. Cam<nencing .the- .25th day of January; 1980, -

Respondent, JAMES A. JONES, shall pay to Petitioner, BETTY J. JONEv,
the sum of $275.OO.per month for the support of-the-children named above.-
