assessed the sum of $200 as statutory costs to be added to~each ~
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall he made in cash,-
- money order or-cashier's cti~ck. Both of-the parties are ordered -
to keep the Clerk of-this Court. advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. - -
4. MEDICAL. AND DENTAL .INSURANCE. Respondent, JAMES A.
- JONES, shall be required to maintain dental and medical insurance -
coverage for the children's dental and medical-expenses.-~- _
5. ALIMONY. The Rer~pondent, Jt1MES - A. JONES, is ordered
to pay the Petitioner, BETTY J. JONES, the sum of $100.00 per month-
as rehabilitative alimony for the next ten -(10~ months commencing on
Janaury, 25, 1980.
6. JOINT-PROPERTY. The marital home legally described as: -
Lot 14, Block 1, Leewood Forest Section For~r, .
- as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pape 39, Public -
Records of Brevard County,-Florida.
shall be held-as .tenants in common subsequent to this divorce and -
shall be sold within eighteen (18) months from the date of -this Final
Judgment. The proceeds from said sale .shall be equally divided between
the Petitioner and Respondent: - _
