and that the relation of husband and-wife now-exists between

IT IS ORDERED AND .ADJUDGED THAT: -
1. The bonds of matrimony between Counter-petitioner, - -
MARY ROSE 1?IILLER, and Counter-respondent, ELDRED GENE MILLER,

are dissolved .because the marriage is irretrievably broken. '
2. The Property Settlement Agreetaent between the
