SEPARATION AND PROPERTY
S AGREEMENT
- THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this / 5f ,dap of
May 1979. between MARY ROSE MILLER, residing at 908 Terrace Road,
Stuart, Florida,-hereinafter-referred-to as the Wife, and ELDRED
- GENE MILLER, residing at Rte. 1, Jensen Beach, Florida, herein-
after referred to as the Husband, ~ .
WI''PNESSETH
. WHEREAS, ~ the parties -now -are husban i and -wife, having
Seen lawfully married to each other on the 10th daq of February
145 Y at~ Angola, Indiana; and ~ _
WHEREAS,. unhappy matrimaaial differences-have arisen
between them bq reason of which they are naw living separate and
apart from each other; and ~ _
- WHEREAS, both parties have given much thought and careful
consideration to"a~settlement of these differences and have-deter-
mined that_thaq are unreconcilable; and -
WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of the parties
that their re-lations, with respect to property and financial
matters,be-finally fixed by this Agreement in order to settle and
determine in all respects and for all purposes -their respective
present and future property rights, claims and demands in such a
-manner that any action with respect to the rights and obligations, -
past, present and future, including but not limited to alimony,
maintenance and support,. of either party with respect to tote other,
bA finally and conclusively settled anzd determined by this Agree-
