Each party hereto-will maintafu.the confidentiality of ~
all recipes, suppliers, methods of doing business and other c~a-
fidential and proprietary informatiaa with respect to~the~~operation
of Big-Al's. Each party to this Agreement will treat-such infor-
oration with the same care. it exercises in the handling of its own -
-valuable, confidential and proprietary-i~tformation and will use - t
such information or disclose such information to third parties -
only as is necessar~i in~ the ccmduct of their owa respective res-
I', taurant business. Husband and Wife agree to-execute and have _
their employees execute any and a22 r3ocr~eats provided by each i

carry out the intentions of this Agreement as it relates to the
protection of confidentiality of all recipes, suppliers or methods - `

Upon the signing of this Agreement, Husband shall pro-

which are outst~ding and owed by Grad, Inc, or Bf Al's and -
