VII. MUTtIAL RELEASE. Except as provided in this Agreement,,
each party releases the other from $31 claims. or demands up to~tha
datA of the execution of this Agreement. Except as otherwise pro- _
vided, each party waives, relinquishes and releases all rights that
he or she may now have or may hereafter acquire as the other party's
spouae .under tl±e. pr~sent~ or future laws of any 3urisdiction: - - _
{a) _ To elect to take against any. Will or Codicil of~the
other party now or hereafter in force;-
{b) To share in the other party's estate; and
(c) To act as Personal Representative of the. other -
party's estate. ~ _ -

VIII. PURPOSE. This Agreement has not been entered into -
for the purpose of binding either party to any policy or cause of
Nc.+iion iz~' a'ty Zcgal-.-prcce2ding itistit~:ted by -any party against the
.other for dissolution of marriage,~or otherwise, but rather to evidence
an ordinary settlement and disposition of the property rights,, in- ~ -
' terests and obligations of the parties. ~ - -

IX. SUBSEQUENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. It is under-
stood that this Agreement is made in contemplation of dissolution-of
~ marriage,. but it is also understood that it is not intended to
facilitate or romote the dissolution of mania a nor to roduce

directly. or indirectly the procurement of a dissolution of marriage, _
` but it is agreed that this Agreement may be offered in evidence by
either of the parties in any dissolution of marriage proceedings, ~

and, if acceptable to the Court, it shall be incorporated by refer- w
ence i7it any Final Judgment that may be rendered. However, notwith- _

standing incorporation in the Final Judgment, this Agreement shall

not be merged in it but shall survive the Finai Judgment and be - _
binding on the parties for all time.
