- - (a) Each has had independent -legal a3vice by counsel E
his or her own selection in the negotiation of this Agreement. Each
.party fully understands the facts and has been fully informed as to
hiss or her legal rights and obligations, and each is signing this

(b) .Each has made.a full disclosure to the other of his -
or her current financial condition. -
{c) Each understands and .agrees that this Agreement.

constitutes the entire contract of the parties.. It sugersedes any
.prior understandings or agreements. between them upon the sub3ects -
covered in this Agreement. Thew are no representations or warran-
ties other than set .forth iit it: ~ - ~ - -
- {d) Each has-been informed by his or her counsel of the 1

law of Florida with respect to the-power of Courts, under certain -
c~nditions, to modify the terms of this Agreement.
RI. PLEDGE OF CREDIT. Neither the-Wife_nor the Husband -
$hall pledge or engage the credit of the .other, and neither shall -

incur or contract any debt or obligations upon which either his or
her estate -could beheld liable. - - ° .

XII. BILLS. - For the purpose of this paragraph "Bills" -

~ -are defined to be-charge accounts and obligations.which accrue and -

are incurred .in the ordinary course of events on a daily basis by -

a Husband and Wife.
.Except as otherwise provided herein, each party hereto
agrees that they shall be responsible for and-hold the other party
harmless for the payment of any bills incurred by eit'~er of them- -
subsequent to the date this Agreement is entered into by both

parties; the party whose signature appears on the charge in question

shall be responsible for the payment -of said bill and shall indeu~-
~ aify and hold the other party harmless for the payment of .the same.
