RIII. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, Each of the parties hereto
shall execute and deliver to the other party any documents that may

be reaspE',ably required to accomplish the intention of this instru-
ment and shall do all other necessary things to this end. If either ~

party shall fail to comply with the provisions of this paragraph,
the Agreement shah constitute an actual grant, assignment and'con-

veyance of property and rights in such matter, and with such force
and effect as shall be necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Agreement. - -
. X1V. WAIVER OF BREACH. No waiver of any breach~of-any
party of the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of

• %V. ENFORCEMENT OF AC~tEEMEt+1T, Both parties agree that -
the Court granting a decree of dissolution of marriage between the
parties may, at the request of either .party, insert in such decree ~ "

party to perform this Agreement, or any part thereof, on his or her
