- THIS CAUSE having-come-to be_heard upon the Motion
of the Plaintiff for Summary Judgment in this cause, and
the Court having considered said Motion, the arguments of -
counsel and being otherwise fully-advised in the premises,
- it is thereupon - - ~ -
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ -
1. Plaintiff's-Motion for Sum~tary Judgment as
to the Defendants; Davandt, Inc. and Tanya Neff is hereby -
granted as to their liability to Plaintiff only,.-and the
Court finds and determines that the Defendants Davandt,
Inc. and Tanya Neff are hereby obligated to the Plaintiff-
under the Lease Agreement sued upon herein by the Plaintiff,
- however the Court makes no finding herein as to the amoun~-
of such obligation.' _
2. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment as ~ -
-to Defendant, David Neff is denied. -
