THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on January 14,
1980 on the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, Motion for More -
Definite Statement, and Motion to Strike and both counsel -
having been present at the hearing and the Court-being fully
advisad in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED~as follows:
1. The Court hereby grants tre Plaintiff's oral motion
removing David~Lee as a Plaintiff in this action, there Navin -
~ , _ been no objection by counsel for Defendant. -

2. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is hereby granted and
the Plaintiff shall- have 20 days front the date of this Order
in which to amend his Complaint. -
3. Defendant's Motion for More Definite Statement is

Qranted and the Plaintiff shall provide the`Defendant with an _
_ itemization of damage and the alleged value of the loss for

which Plaintiff is suing Defendant, all within 20 days from
- the date of this Order.
4. Defendant's Motion to Strike is hereby denied.
