. -THIS CAUSE came on for consideration by~the Court on the
Court's own motion to tax costs for rental of the Federal Courts -
facilities in_Fort aierce,. Flor-ida February I8, 1980 for trial of
this case, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED - "
_ 1. -That the Federal Courts facilities in Fort Pierce, Florida

will be used in trial of this cause during the normal working day
of February 18, 1980, a Federal holiday. ~
I 2: That MICHAEL J. MITCHELL and NANCY A. MITCHELL are ordered
to pay rental charges of $100.00 and the same-are hereby specially "
taxed as costs in this action against said Claimants.
. 3. That payment will be made to the order of Disbu~aing Officer, '
U.S. Postal Service and mailed to Mr. David Douglass, Court Adminis-
trator, P.O. Box 4081, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
